Upon your call, you give us the criteria on how to choose the leads you want and we contact prospective clients. If the prospect expresses an interest in talking to a mortgage broker/specialist, we send the leads to your account as fast as we can. We do our best to gather all the information we can get from a homeowner to assist a loan officer in closing a deal.

Our agents undergo training on how to properly convince and set an appointment with the homeowners. We provide an in-house mortgage specialist to train the telemarketers on the mortgage process and technical terms.

Verification Process

Once the homeowner expressed an interest on talking to a loan officer and passed the criteria, the verifier will evaluate the information provided by the homeowner and then reconfirm the appointment set by the agent with the homeowner. The verifier also confirms which company's loan officer will be calling them back for the appointment. We assure you that you will be working with prospects who actually fit the criteria that you specifically set.
